Install shut off valve in building 19. Propress 2 new ball valves chipped foundation away. 3/4 copper approx 2' of copper for both shut valve. Auger 20' and acid treat. Tested OK.

Installed 2 customer supplied lav sinks in master bath. Waste was pre rough for AAV and install two new ones. Rebuilt toilet with fill valve, flush valve and supply line. Replaced tank to bowl washers. Installed customer supplied shower valve.

Removed vanity in order to expose shower valve and removed valve and installed new valve as well as installed shower head and tub spout.

Replaced cold side shut off for faucet. Reset vanity in place and screwed to wall. Hose bib is leaking. Found it to be improperly installed. Installed a new one. Tested OK. Checked meter, no movement. Replaced Moen cartridge in hall bath.

Installed new toilet @ hall bath. Replaced basket strainer tail piece and unjammed disposer. Main line stoppage. Pulled toilet and cleared stoppage. Remounted toilet. Cabled the kitchen line 50 feet through the roof vent. Cleared line but pulled sand out on end of cable.

Cabled main line from cleanout to septic tank. Camera line and cleared the top of tank to inspect appearance. Need new a drainfield. Water line to the house is broken.

Excavate stop box that surrounds the shut off water. Repaired 3/4 PVC water line @ connection side of house. Shut of meter to replaced emergency stop and supply line. Found roots in line-4" sewer has break approx 20' from cleanout.

Cabled main though cleanout and televise main line. Reroute sewer line around tree due to root intrusion. Ran sewer line from existing 3" PVC to city tap. New line ran in 4" SCH 40 PVC pipe. Ran approximately 35". Operates and drains fine.

Pull urinal in east side men's rest room. 2nd and 3rd from left hand side. Cable via flange unable to clear clog from 3rd. Urinal due to double wye. Cable via flange and clear @ 2nd urinal. Cable kitchen line 50 feet though the line. Replaced both supply lines under kitchen sink.

Replace p-trap and drain lines, male adapter under sink. Replaced 2" pipe for drain under shower. Replaced drain for shower. Pulled urinal and cabled 50 feet. Replaced gasket and reinstalled the urinal. Cleaned and mopped floors. Put up caution signs for wet floors. Leak in front yard.

Excavated soil in a few spots to trace where water main was going, and to determine where leak was located. Located leaking section of pipe 3/4" PVC coupling leaking. Excavated enough soil around pipe to be able to cut out 3 feet section and replaced with new pipe. Turned on water. checked for leaks. Put back soil into hole that were dug.

Install old tub and ran new drain line and water lines for lav. Single toilet stoppage. Jet sewer line and pull and reset old toilet.

Replace outside sewer to clay tap in rear of home. Install sewage ejection pit to pump to main line.. By- pass laundry line to sewage pit. Excavate existing sewer to clay tap at rear of property.Install PVC SCH 40 PVC from cast iron hub @ house to clay stop.

Main line stoppage Cleared mainline. Cleared shower line. Replaced bad flapper. Old flapper closing to fast not allowing proper water flow. Low water pressure at pipper well faucet. Shut off valve wasn't fully open.

Auger from vent and pulled out string. Video inspected line and found CI flake. Recommend pressure jetting. Auger from p-trap, 20', tested with full load. OK Auger from p-trap 20', tested OK, pulled sludge. Diagnosis of leak in ceiling. Water is coming from roof stack, may need repair on roof.

While checking for leak, I found the second floor unit may have water damage and mold damage. Cleared KS with hand machine through p-trap. Cleared stoppage with cable machine. Augured toilet unsuccessful. Install new toilet. Guest shower leaking (Moen Cartridge).

Installed a Moen cartridge. Replaced handle. MLS: building 5 apt 49-55. Recommend a new sewer. ran camera seen sand and a belly. Ran jetter both ways on 4" c/o. Ran jetter from 3" to manhole .

Ran camera and saw a belly through whole sewer. Garbage Disposal is not working. Cleared and reset the garbage disposal. Rebuilt toilet with owner supplied parts and installed new supply lines. Cabled through outside upstream after video revealed blockage of location.

Post camera inspection revealed heavy scale buildup. Water extraction from main bath floor. Caulked around main bath toilet. Caulked around master bath toilet. Replace septic lid. Cable main line with Spartan 100 from cleanout in front yard. video inspected line.

Installed 30 gallons electric water heater and hooked up to existing pipe to CPVC with shark bite couplings. Hooked up new T and P valve. Moen faucet was working. Hot water heater is leaking. Drained heater at the customer's request and located unmarked beaked and shut of power. Water was leaking onto floor.

Hydro jet multiple from drains and cleanout inside kitchen per as PMA. Hydro jet main grease and sewer line via cleanout and manhole per as PMA. Broken washer box. Pipes are twisted.

Installed new (customer supplied) washer box onto stand pipe drain. Connected 1/2" copper water lines to bath hose bibs mounted on washed box.

Leak at 201 down to 101. Found leaking tub spout in master bath, which was also improperly installed. Replaced tub diverter, tested tub and shower, found no leak. Cabled through trap approx 70'. Brought back heavy sludge.

Cabled through 4' c/o to city main approx 20'. Clay sewer full of roots has separation 10' from cleanout. Installation/ Repairs of drainfield. Install approx. 400 sq. ft. of drainfield. Pull permit and fill out 404 form.

Equipment rental such as tractor, skidster, dump truck, trailers. Note: If permit requires lift station, new septic tank, fill sand for mounded system, there will be additional charge. water heater is not working properly. Replaced element and thermostat upper and lower. Tested OK. Cabled main line through the roof vent 45 feet. recommend camera line.

Main line stoppage in buildings # 2501-2507. cabled through cleanout and couldn't clear all the way. Jetting 3 hours from cleanout and roof vent. Main line stoppage as well as 1 kitchen sink. Video inspection. Also had to plunge sink trap for building 2507. Also found bellies. Main line stoppage. garbage disposal is not working. Cable main line from outside c/o and camera line.

found break in line approx. 15-20' from closet. Check water leak under floor. Inspect and performed a leak detection test. Found tee fitting in main bathroom @ lav and tub is cracked and is leaking. Which is causing water damage to floor and base of vanity. Cable sanitary with 300 march. Opened at approx. 70'. Ran camera found scale on walls of pipe. Pulled and reset toilet no c/o.

Rebuilt delta two handle tub faucet. Cartridge springs washers. Installed adj.. shower arm with massage head. also replaced regular arm and pulled out shower head on other b-room. Kitchen sink stoppage.

Kitchen sin line runs outside of building down one story into ground, could not clear due to major blockage. Abandoned old main and tied into 1st floor apartments. MLS. Possible jet might need to be done. Cable from cleanout in back of building. Run video inspection if line can be cleared. Need to jet out system with 1000 jetter, to clear the lines.

Pipe looks seems to be in good shape except area of about 3" to 4" section near cleanout going out toward lift station.

install new male adapter to reroute arm. Reconnect trap to sink drain new trap and arm. Sink is clogged in photo lab. Mineral scale build up. Took apart p-trap drainage to verify how to provide a solution to the clogged sink.

Ran cable through drain for eyewash solution, could not get cable to maneuver the correct way to get to stoppage. Ran cable through drain for photo lab sink. Cabled out about 20' clearing stoppage, then ran cable another 55' to clear whole line.

Installed new 1 1/2" plastic p-traps, and tail pieces for photo lab sink and also for eye wash station sink.

Remove and reset water closet. Televise main line. Water evidence showing on wall outside back bathroom. Leak detection. Locate leak in wall. Remove concrete stucco to reveal. Hot and cold CPVC line. Unable to locate leak at this time.

Replaced san tee vent stank for kitchen waste arm. Cable kitchen line via roof vent approx 75'. Cable main line through cleanout soft septic. Cabled through floor drain out approx 50' opened stoppage to video due to trap having excessive scale buildup. Replaced hose bibb on rear of home with 1/2 torn ball valve style. Hydro jetted sanitary upstream. Removed scale from line. Pulled toilet and installed wax ring reset toilet and caulked around toilet.

Company agrees to replace damaged section of plumbing drain and water repair frame and drywall on both sides bathroom and garage. Replace vanity and island remove all debris and repair damaged section of tile bull nose on edge of tub. Also replace w/c and linoleum tile. All fixtures standard , floor replacement in hall bath and garage are.

Building 25-2501. Kitchen sink stoppages. Cleared from roof vent with jetter. Jetter was already on site. Cleared from roof vent.

Buildings 35-3501. Kitchen sink stoppage. No drainage. Cabled through waster arm and couldn't clear dot to grease build up. Jetted from roof vent to clear blockage. Video inspected to make sure that all was cleared. Building 8-807. Cabled through toilet to clear. All is cleared.

Found toilet paper clogged toilet. Install new sump pump for septic tank. New badger sump pump for drain field. Installed in land holding tank. Water leaking from the walkway in front of the building 2 unit 11131. Electronic leak detection. Excavate through block to inspect pipe size and type.

Remove all pavers and excavate replaced 3" main water line to tie into existing connections and leak test. Back fill trap and set pavers. Install 2 American Standards lavatory faucets with chrome finish, single handle operation and new pop up drain. Finish trim k/s.

Cut out old drainage under kitchen sink. Install new waste arm to route in new PVC fittings under drain. Install customer supplied garbage disposer and install customer supplied garbage disposer and install customer supplied faucet from old sink. Partial pipe replacement will be reduced.

run new 3/4 CPVC down from existing copper 3/4 lines in wall to water heater with new ball valve shut off. Company is not responsible for dry wall repairs or wood damage accrued during installation process. Repaired PVC under new sink. kitchen stoppage.

Ran 100' of 5/8 cable VTR and cleared stoppage. Cable main through cleanout. Televise and locate. Repair copper 3/4" water line outside home near main shut off with repair coupling.

Began excavation of sewer following prior authorization and discovered pipe dead ended. 6'X3'X2' trench pull toilet to locate second sewer line and reset toilet. Video inspection found compromised orangeburg. Cable laundry line to relieve. Laundry found to dead end beneath house. Cable upstream from dead end sewer to temporally relieve master bath.

Electronic leak detection. Dig and expose water line. MLS. Auger from 3" vent using 7/8 cable to clear. Camera line and found CI flake, but operational. Also auger tub w/o adjusted toilets. Tested OK.

Checked the PVC and copper lines but the problem seemed to be in the AC. Kitchen and laundry stoppage. Auger with 5/8" cable and did not clear. Auger with 7/8 cable and did not clear. Camera inspected line and found massive amount of white powder. Auger several more times with 7/8 cutter and partially opened the line.

Camera still shows more powder remaining. Recommend pressure jet Water main broken. Found 75" PVC. Male adapter, pushed over by a root, replaced with CPVC.And cut out the root, tested OK. Kitchen sink stoppage through roof vent.

Pulled toilet and replaced found cleanout and cable line 40' to septic. Dug up septic to check for clearance. Replaced flapper in men's restroom toilet. Reconnect camera if problem reoccurs. Called in leak detection Repair pending leak detection.

Cut out section of copper pipe exposed with new piece of 3/4x3/4x1/2 CPVC two shark bite fittings and restore water possibly cut out section by hose bib. Company is not responsible for path repairs. Handle for toilet wont stop running in women's bathroom.

Adjusted handle on Kholer pressure assisted toilet in women's bathroom. Had to make parts run to supply house in order to retrieve specialty gasket for this model of kohler toiler. Removed tank from bowl. Installed new tank to bowl gasket with pipe joint sealant compound. Replaced old supply hose with new stainless steel supply hose with joint sealant compound.

Tested backflow PVB model # 4050502. Serial # 3079 size 1" Failed: test see report. Water heater is not working properly. Service call. Inspected water heater for problems. There appears to be problem with timer. Replaced p-trap for kitchen sink. Both side , garbage disposal and basket strainer sides. Cable lav and replaced p-trap. replace fill valve for toilet. Replace toilet seat.

Kitchen and laundry stoppage. Auger from vent 70'. Tested OK. Also auger main vent 70' tested OK. Found the 90 degree fitting on polybuthene broken because their was to much pressure on fitting. Reconnect 3" PVC pipe with stub and fernco.Replce manifold under toilet with 1 1/2 and 2" tie.

Leaking 11 year old 40 gallons water heater. Replace old leaking 40 gallons water heater with new 40 gallons electric 240 volt 6 year hot water heater. Dispose of old unit. Fill, test for leaks, bleed lines of air and power on new unit. Water flooded part of women's's bathroom.

Had to mop up several gallons of waste from wome's room floor. Used hamemer and chisel to pry off cover for floor drain. Ran cable down through floor drain clearing stoppage at about 20' to 30' , then continued out 75'. Pulled cable back out. then ran camra down floord drain, found some paper buildup.

Ran cable again clearing drain. Made repairs to 3/4" copper line in wall with slip coupling. Ran camera through pipe PVC and could not see any problems, no breaks. Pulled toilet and cleared obstruction. Reset toilet. Caulked around bowl.

Install new customer supplied kholer 2 piece white china elongated elevated toilet. Cable tub drain overflow. Pulled back hair. Replace fill valve and angle stop. Replaced fill valve and flush valve, tank to bowl gasket, along with angle stop. MLS.

Auger from vent using 7/8" cable. Pulled nothing back. Camera inspected sewer and found cast iron flake. Installed customer supplied faucet Kohler. Tested OK. Auger both toilets, pulled nothing back. replaced flapper in hall bath for better flush. tested OK. Main line .

Attempted upstream from outside cleanout and through stack vent unable to open pulled toilet hit solid obstruction at approximately 10 feet change 1" cutter to open camera line cast is 50 % collapsed @ approx. 10' line needs to be replaced.

Cable through broken cleanout. Replace broken cleanout with 2 way cleanout and tape proof cap 2 slip couplers. Transportation of jetter with jetting charge. Running main line camera video inspection.

Remove existing water heater. Replace with 40 gallons power vent water heater. Replaced defective water heater shut off valve.

Installed customer supplied fill valve and flapper. work performed in hall bath. Remove existing 40 gallons eclectic water heater. Install new customer supplied 50 gallons electric water heater. Hard piped to supply in and out with CPVC and shark bite fittings. Cabled main line from drain access. Opened line with cable. To video once cleanout cap is located.

Cabled through cleanout near street. Removed very buildup of root intrusion. Camera through line revealed pipe in excellent condition upstream, but several areas of root intrusion were found downstream.

Replaced drain valve on water heater. Extracted threads from 90 degree pipe in wall lav drain in master bath. Install new PVC fittings and P-trap. Removed traps on kitchen,waster and bathroom sink. Cabled both drains and pulled back hair.

Demo concrete to expose leak in bathroom on 1/2 copper line. Make repair with dresser coupling. Afterward, found second leak . Due to age and structural integrity to water lines.

Dome concrete in garage to expose leak on cold water 3/4" copper water main. Make repair. Back filled dirt and relay concrete patch, approx 1 1/2x3 1/2".

Cable kitchen drain line via roof vent, approx 50 feet. Drain for ice machine one drain not in floor tub drain and draining on floor. Another rain for ice machine was completely disconnected and draining on floor.

Reinstall drain line and put both outlets into hub drain behind ice machine. Cable main sewer line via house trap. Pulled back wipes. Leak in ceiling. Cut out dry wall ceiling in living room. Found A/C venting with condensation leaking down.

Slab leak in bathroom behind hot water heater in linen closet. Demo concrete in bathroom floor and remove approx. 1x1 drywall to access leak in 1/2" copper hot water lines. Excavate dirt and make repair to two 1/2" copper water lines. Turn on water to test for leaks and patch concrete.

Install new 40 gallons, 240 electric water heater with copper installation. Two male adapter partial pipe reconnect electric.

leaking supply hoses. Replaced supply hoses kitchen sink with new steal braided hoses. Tighten dishwasher supply line. Replaced tub spout in hall bath. Toilet supply is leaking. Replaced supply line and flapper. Tested OK. Low pressure throughout the home. Crawled under home and found a mixture of improperly glued CPVC and galvanized pipe.

Pulled toilet and cleared calcium build up. Replaced wax ring, ball dock, flapper and supply. Heavy scale in pipe. Cleared obstruction from roof with rigid. Found heavy scale throughout sewer causing paper to hang up. Additional plumbing work. Unhooked tank from bowl. Installed new tank and bowl, bolts gasket and replaced flush valve gasket. Toilet stoppage in master bath.

Auger toilet, and pulled paper. Tested OK. Replaced flapper. ran 300 through 4" sanitary cleanout opened at 50' charge for snaking. Defective shower valves, 2 defective hose bibs, slow drain in mud room sinks. Replace shower valve in main hall bath with single handle chrome finish. Replace hose bibb and dock and hose bib and rear of screen room. Cable through mud room sink waste arm to open line.

Access to shower valve on opposing wall. Oversed panel door is installed but some drywall must be cut out. Cabled through toilet on left as facing the ladies restroom. Vacuumed out water. Toilet trap had exceptionally rough surface. Recommend replacing toilet with elongated bowl ADA approved toilet with open front seal no lid. Replaced faucet with Moen single handle spray spout faucet. Replaced both hot and cold supply lines with braided steel supply lines.

Replaced approx 70' of sewer line. Broke up and disposed of concrete @ drive way, 36' of line under drive way. Offset out to lawn when able, City of St Pete to inspect after NOC passes. Concrete work to be performed by others.

Unit # 1 Company ran cable machine drum machine and hydro jet could not clear owner agreed to reroute k/s drain line and connect to sewer line. Dug up sewer line after locating and cut in combination for connection. Ran new drain line from sink down into crawl space and out into grown. Jack hammered side walk and connected line to main. Patching was done. New section of side walk and rough patch on wall.

Also repaired leak in crawl space 1/2 pipe. Unit 5 Removed old section of pipe and made repair with pipe and dresser connection. Company trouble shot water leak and found that supply lines had leaks in slab.

Remove sink in tub ran new supply from shower to lavs and tub. Jack hammered old concrete support for tub that was install improperly. Corrected water and drain system and reinstalled fixtures. Cabled and camera line found separation and orange burg pipe. Replace approx 50' 44' sanitary with SCH 40 PVC and installed cleanout on 4" line. Repaired 90 degree PVC going into water softener. Cabled 80' and cleared blockage. Pulled back rags. Ran camera 3" sewer is closing up will need to clear out as well as jetting for 1 hour.

cabled through roof vent and couldn't clear. Cable was bringing up scale. Jetted from roof vent. Two techs for 2 hours. Video inspected to see if line was cleared with ridge sea snake. Auger from vent pulled pasta, rice and grease. Cleared rust out of kitchen faucet, tested OK. Supplied by galvanized. Recommend repipe. Install water supply from meter to house for 6107 and 6109 with back flow.Install main sewer line from house to city tap with 2 cleanouts.

Back flow installation, testing and inspection for both house install 1" wilkin zurn. Building A, units 3-11. Strongly recommend jetting entire building. Ran 100' of 7/8 cable VTR through all three vents, pulled massive waste out. Strongly recommend jetting all lines. MLS. Recommend a new sewer.

Ran 150' of jetter hose through c/o cleared stoppage. Ran camera again seen roots and bellies. Ran camera through c/o and located main sewer. Main sewer goes between 21 and 22, then in parking lot and then north. 3 compartment sink leaking middle basket strainer. Install a basket strainer in middle compartment. Leaking T and P valve.

Cut pipe and removed bad T and P valve. replaced with new and reconnected drainage pipe with PVC coupling. Checked shower drain. cleared deposit from mound shower drain and cabled drain to clear obstruction. Also cleared area around weepling drain for pan.

Company trouble shot leak in HB and found additional leak inside wall on 3/4 line for main supply ( water line ). Remove outside copper line from pug to 3/4x1/2x3/4 x tee inside wall and replaced damage section new valve and h/b and p-ping.

Cabled kitchen waste from stack base out approx. 60' cleared line. Replaced angle stop in main bathroom fill valve in main bath toilet, lav. Faucet in master bath, kitchen sink with 2 basin and kitchen faucet.

Replaced kitchen faucet both supply lines hot side angle stop with adaptors hook up. Ice maker and dishwasher supply line. Service call for two septic tank complete check out on both systems. Clean out outlet filter.

Cabled through upper level main bathroom toilet. Used shop vaccume to pull back water and possible debris. Repipe drain lines under mobile home. Repair drain lines under mobile home.

Jetted line under mobile home. Tie into 3/4 drain line with new PVC adapter into back of system. Ran along wall and drop into existing sink. installed new dishwasher 90 and steel braided hee for dishwasher to existing copper line. No leaks found. Replace sylenoid valves and also sensor transformer. Did a diagnostic check to identify and also make a parts list to order parts.

I came in and took apart lavatory system. Removed constant and singular sylenoid valve. Installed new sylenoid valves. The sensor transformer that was sent to me was not the proper part. I had to send it back and order the correct part. Today, I installed the correct sensor transformer in place. Lavatory system, now functioning properly.

Removed old diverter. Installed new single handle Moen. Cabled through toilet with rigid hand gun. pulled back rubber ducky. Jetted from roof vent to clear blockage. Cleared line. Fixed up trap with tightening as well as pipe .

Ran camera from roof vent, blockage was due to grease build up. Building 29 shut off water to building is broken. Replaced valve 1" copper , 1" 90 and 1' copper. Propress. Chipping to remove concrete foundation. 2nd shut off valve was replaced on 3/2/2007 , 2 hours.

Cabled couldn't clear all the way. Jetted ac cabled multiple times and found spawel and grout in waste arm. Jett floor drain for dipper well out to grease tank via floor drain. Jet from grease tank under building via grease trap. Jet drain by dumpsite.

Install 600 square feet of drainfield with a new baffle tee filter and pulled permit for installation. This comes with a 10 year warranty providing system is maintained on a regular basis which includes pumping every 2 1/2 years. Toilet is not level. Recommend new toilets. Pull and reset leveled it. Installe a fill valve flapper and supply line.
